The 415 St. Helens Apartments project in Tacoma, WA, showcases Carmona Construction’s expertise in handling large-scale constructions. 

With a surface area of 39,073 sq. ft., this development features a significant amount of concrete and rebar, totaling 12,429 cubic yards and 770 tons, respectively. Over 53,999 man-hours went into completing this project by March 1, 2023, demonstrating the company’s commitment to efficiency and quality in delivering high-standard living spaces.

The Liza, a 7-story building constructed by Carmona Construction at 2517 Eastlake Ave E, Seattle, WA, includes two stories of below-grade parking. The 200,000 sq. ft. project required 5,705 cubic yards of concrete and 611 tons of rebar, completed in 33,220 man-hours and finished on April 1, 2023. Carmona Construction followed all industry regulations and enforced strict safety protocols to protect workers and visitors. Regular updates were provided to stakeholders, ensuring open communication throughout the project.

The Traxx Apartments is a six-story residential building with below-grade parking, constructed by Carmona Construction in Everett, WA. This 145,000 sq. ft. project required 3,465 cubic yards of concrete and 276 tons of rebar, completed in 21,800 man-hours. Carmona Construction adhered to strict safety protocols and maintained open communication with stakeholders, ensuring smooth progress.

Welcome to the Stellar Flats project overview. Located at 1405 Dexter Ave N, Seattle, WA 98108, this impressive development spans 19,286 square feet. Our team poured 3,799 cubic yards of concrete and installed 350 tons of rebar, amounting to 15,774 man-hours. Completed on December 31, 2022, Stellar Flats showcases our expertise in large-scale concrete work. This complex project required meticulous planning, significant material handling, and extensive man-hours. The successful completion on time and within budget highlights our commitment to quality and efficiency.

Aria Flats is located in Redmond Washington. The project is 102 apartment units with 2,100 sf of retail space sitting on a 101 vehicle parking garage.
312 Central way is located in Kirkland Washington. The project is 4 levels of residential construction over 1 level of retail space and two levels of below grade parking.
Koz Apartments are in Everett Washington. The project is a 124 unit student housing apartment building sitting on top of a one level parking structure.
Lakeview is in Kirkland Washington. It is a two story office building with two levels of below grade parking.
Weatherby Apartments are located in Bellingham Washington. The project is 5 levels of residential apartments over two levels of below grade parking.
